Classes are one hour in length.

Confirm the class you are registering for when you e-transfer you payment.

Classes available every Wednesday at 6:30pm and every Saturday at 11a.m.

Note:  Please bring your own mat they will not be provided.

Classes start again May 2025.

Please note refunds are not available all purchases are final sale.  We will reschedule if the class or your event is cancelled due to inclement weather.
